The series follows Sookie Stackhouse, a barmaid living in Louisiana who can read people's minds, and how her life is turned upside down when the Vampire Bill, walks into her place of employment two years after vampires 'came out of the coffin' on national television.

I started watching this show just after my girlfriend left me.
I watched the first 2-3 episodes of the show and didn't like it, too slow for me.. but then I found myself extremely depressed and needed something to watch so I resorted back to watching it. After another couple of episodes, the plot started to get much more amazing and better.
Season 2 is almost finished now, and this show is simply AMAZING.
It's definetly slow at the first, but after a couple of episodes it gets much more entertaining.

I think they're skipping a week before they air the finale. That's what the HBO website says, anyways.

It's a good show to pass the time with while cooler shows like Dexter and Californication are not airing.

True Blood is the best show I've ever watched, no joke.
Yeah, I read that tonight too. They're skipping a week before the finale.
Still haven't watched tonights episode, I'll have to wait until it's on ninjavideo.net.

I think it's def Eric, religious group seemed to have disappeared.
Yeah, me and a few of my friends agree that the finale was probably one of the worst episodes of this season..
Still excited for next summer though.
